If you have itchy, dry feet, it could be a sign of athlete's foot. Athlete's foot is a common fungal infection that usually occurs on your feet. It's most common in people who have become very sweaty while wearing tight fitted shoes, hence the name.
Symptons of athlete's foot can be scaly or cracked skin between the toes, itchiness, burning or stinging, blisters, dry and scaly skin on the bottom of the foot, and inflamed skin.
If you have any of these symptons, you can either visit a podiatrist, or try over the counter spray to help combat the infection. Even if the infection goes away with medicine, it is still likely to come back. If you have what you believe is athlete's food and medication doesn't help, visit one of our podiatrists. They're very familiar with treating athlete's food and can offer better treatmen options than just over the counter medication.
